Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal is a pan-Bharat political alternative launched by Ankur Sharma, IkkJutt Jammu Party’s President, with a 7-point action plan. Ankur Sharma announced the launching of Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal on Monday (27th March 2023) on India Speaks Daily (By Sandeep Deo). He is an advocate who is actively working in Jammu and Kashmir for Hindu rights and fighting against laws which are detrimental to the Hindu society at large.

“We formally declare ‘Ekam Sanatan Bharat’ as a Pan India National Political Sanatani Alternative. Our party shall contest the 2024 Parliamentary Elections across the country”, Sharma said.

Who is the Founder of Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal?

Ankur Sharma is the founder of ‘Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal’ Party. He is the President of IkkJutt Jammu Party and an Advocate at Jammu & Kashmir High Court.

He is a Hindu Nationalist leader from the Jammu district of Jammu and Kashmir state. He has an engineering degree from Pune University and Law degree from Delhi University.

Ankur had filed Civil Miscellaneous petition (CMP) in 2014 against Roshni Act under which over 20 lakh kanals of state land that was encroached upon by people including politicians and bureaucrats was sought to be regularized in their favor.

Weeks after the J&K High Court ordered a CBI investigation into an alleged Rs 25,000 crore land scam, the Union Territory administration has declared that all actions taken under the Jammu & Kashmir State Land (Vesting of Ownership to the Occupants) Act, 2001 as “null and void”.

Due to his relentless efforts, this act was made null and void.

Currently, he is fighting for freeing up Mata Vaishno Devi Mandir from the control State and Government.

1. Amending Constitution to define Minority as a Religious/Linguistic group constituting less than 5% of the total population of the country. Declaring Bharat as “Natural Homeland” for Sanatanis enabling full Citizenship rights for them.
2. Ending State/Govt Control of Temples / Mathas. Immediate Reconstruction & Re-Establishment of the Ancient Sun Temple, Martand Temple in Kashmir, Shree Krishna Janambhoomi at Mathura & Gyanvapi Teertha Kshetra at Kashi (Varanasi).
3. Separation of Hindu Majority Jammu Province from Kashmir; Division of Kashmir into 2 Union Territories & reorganisation of Jammu Province as a full-fledged State.
4. Complete Ban on Cow Slaughter and declaring Holy Cow, Maa Ganga, and Shri Ram Setu as symbols of National Heritage.
5. Immediate Repeal/termination of Waqf Act, Places of Worship Act 1991 and Sachar Committee Recommendations; Amending Article 30 of the Constitution of India enabling Hindus to establish and autonomously administer Educational Institutions of their choice. Introducing a complete Ban on Conversions through a strong Legislation.
6. Reversing & arresting Demographic Invasion with immediate restoration of Demographic Balances in worst affected areas.
7. Holistic Sustainable development based upon 6 Pillars of Aadhyatam (अध्यात्म), Sanskriti (संस्कृति), True History (इतिहास), Social Values (सामाजिक मूल्य), Local Language (स्थानीय भाषा) and Environmental Consciousness (पयाावरण). Keeping the traditional structure of the Indian Army intact and giving due respect to the soldiers, ex-servicemen and their families while empowering and modernizing the army and police.

1. संविधान में संशोधन कर केवल 5% से कम जनसंख्या वाले समाज को अल्पसंख्यक का दर्जा देना। साथ ही विश्व के सभी सनातनधर्मियों के लिए भारत को उनका प्राकृतिक राष्ट्र घोषित कर उनके लिए नागरिकता का मार्ग खोलना।
2. मंदिर और मठों को सरकारी नियंत्रण से मुक्त करवाना। कश्मीर स्थित भगवान भास्कर के प्राचीन मार्तंड सूर्य मंदिर, मथुरा का श्रीकृष्ण जन्मभूमि और काशी के ज्ञानवापी तीर्थ क्षेत्र की पुनर्स्थापना करना।
3. जम्मू और काश्मीर का पुनर्गठन कर काश्मीर को 2 केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में बाँट, हिंदू बहुल जम्मू संभाग को स्वतंत्र राज्य बनाना।
4. गो-हत्या पर संपूर्ण प्रतिबंध। गाय, गंगा और रामसेतु को राष्ट्रीय धरोहर घोषित करना।
5. वक्फ एक्ट, Places of Worship Act, 1991 एवं सच्चर कमेटी के क्रियान्वयन को तत्काल निरस्त करना। संविधान के अनुच्छेद 30 को संशोधित कर हिंदुओं को भी अपने स्वायत शिक्षण संस्थान स्थापित एवं संचालित करने का मौलिक अधिकार देना। धर्मांतरण पर पूरी तरह से रोक लगाना।
6. जनसांख्यिकी हमले (Demographic Invasion) को रोकना और जनसांख्यिकी संतुलन स्थापित करना।
7. केवल विकास नहीं, अध्यात्म, संस्कृति, इतिहास, स्थानीय भाषा और पर्यावरण के साथ संपूर्ण विकास! साथ ही भारतीय सेना के परंपरागत ढांचे को अक्षुण्ण रखना और एवं पुलिस का सशक्तिकरण व आधुनिकरण करते हुए सैनिकों,पूर्व सैनिकों एवं उनके परिवारों को उचित सम्मान दिलाना।
